Jeremy is the President of Valley Physicians Alliance. In this role, Mr. Oswald oversees the vision and direction of the company and manages the Valley Physicians Alliance team. Mr. Oswald has more than 19 years’ experience as a healthcare executive and has worked with health plans, self-insured employers, third party administrators, medical groups and individual providers. Mr. Oswald is the Chair of the Saint Agnes Medical Center Foundation Board and a member of the Padrinos Guild at Valley Children’s Hospital.
Vice President of Operations
Joanne Hurado is the Vice President of Operations. With more than 18 years’ experience in medical practice operations, Ms. Hurado supports the organization with her background in budgets, performance, human resource management, marketing, contracts and operational management. Ms. Hurado received her Bachelors of Art degree from CSU, Fresno in Journalism/Public Relations. She is a Board member of the local chapter of the Medical Group Management Association (Mid State MGMA).
Vice President of Practice Management & Physician Relations
Diane Rose, is the Vice President of Practice Management & Physician Relations. Ms. Rose has managed out-patient clinics and practices for more than 20 years. Her approach to practice management focuses on maintaining a strong patient and provider relationship while driving efficiencies within the practice. Diane studied at Ashford University in Organizational Leadership.
Vice President of Human Resources
Mandi Papulias-Galindo has been involved in healthcare for more than 15 years, and has supported operations of multiple clinics, providing services to more than 120,000 patients per year. Ms. Papulias-Galindo formulates and administers company procedures and policies under state and federal statutes including DFEH, DOL, EEOC and OSHA. Ms. Papulias-Galindo is responsible for all staff hiring and evaluations. Ms. Papulias-Galindo is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Chief Information Officer
Randy Tippitt is a healthcare informatics professional with C-level leadership experience in developing vision and performing executive and managerial duties associated with planning, developing, implementing and supporting information technology solutions. He has extensive leadership and technical experience in computer software implementation and support, programming and development, database administration, wide area networks, information security, telecommunications, project management, data and information analysis, and information technology personnel management. Mr. Tippitt is a member of HIMSS, is a NextGen Certified Professional, and holds a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and Certified Security Compliance Specialist (CSCS) designations.
